Clippity Do Dog Mobile Dog Grooming
Cancellation & No Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. In the event Clippity Do Dog shows up to a client's home to find no one to release a pet to my care, an invoice for the Trip Fee of $25.00 will be applied to the re-book.
Payments: We only accept cash or checks and payments must be made on day of service. Bad /non sufficient check- Please note, an additional $20.00 fee will be applied onto of the value of check and bank fees that occurs.
Inclement Weather: Clippity Do Dog will not travel with the mobile salon in snow, ice and other extreme weather conditions or a threat of inclement weather. I will make every effort to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Schedule: Clippity Do Dog will arrive as close as possible to the scheduled appointment time. However, I will never jeopardize the safety or well-being of our clients' pets by hastening a groom. We will call you and advise you of any change in arrival time.
Dog's Health: Clippity Do Dog will not groom a dog that has an infectious skin condition, including Ringworm. We will also not groom a dog that appears to be sick or in pain. In these matters, we will need a release to groom notification from your veterinarian before we will groom your dog.
Skunk: Clippity Do Dog does not provide a de-skunking service.
Though all dogs are angels, some can be less so when it comes to grooming. Certain grooming tasks may not be able to be performed because of anxiety, stress or other behavioral issues with your dog. Though every effort will be made to complete all tasks, we will not proceed if your pup becomes overly stressed, aggressive or fearful. In these instances, full grooming price still apply.
